i love makeup, but i think i love playing with makeup more than actually wearing it. my everyday makeup look is very natural and fresh faced. here are a few beauty products that i reach for on a daily basis.
yes to cucumbers facial towelettes
i use one of these towelettes every night to remove my makeup before i wash and cleanse my face. they leave my face feeling refreshed and don't leave a trace of makeup behind.
benefit coralista blush
i own way too much blush. some blushes i can only use during certain months of the year depending on how tan or pale i am, but this blush is one that i reach for year-round. it gives off the most beautiful glow and is flattering on most skin tones.
tarte lipsurgence lip tints
i have already done an entire post dedicated to these lip tints. i own a few of the regular glossy lip tints and the color goes on pretty sheer, but can be built up easily. these lip tints also come in matte and luster finishes that i have yet to try.
benefit they're real mascara
benefit mascaras can't be rivaled. i have been using mascara for the past year and it makes my lashes look incredible. bad gal lash is another benefit mascara that i love, and if you are looking for lashes that really wow, use both of these mascaras together.
chanel eyelash curler
this was an after-christmas gift that i treated myself to. curling your lashes before applying mascara really opens up your eyes and makes a huge difference.
make up forever full cover concealer
due to dark spots left behind by acne, concealer is a must for me. a little goes a long way with this concealer, and it works wonderfully.
l'oreal bb cream
i am a bb cream fanatic and this one is currently my favorite. i have used the maybelline and revlon bb creams in the past, but this one offers really great coverage and makes my face look fresh and bright.
smashbox photo finish primer
i apply this primer to my face first to create an even surface before applying my bb cream and concealer. this primer makes my makeup last longer and doesn't make my skin oily.
elastic hair ties
my makeup bag is flooded with these. when i apply my makeup i like my hair to be pulled back and out of my face. i love how gentle these hair ties are on my hair.
